Shipping Policy

Buy & Sell Kings processes and ships online orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on Ontario statutory holidays, including New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Canadian orders are processed within 3 business days.

After processing, standard delivery may take up to 10 business days. Weekends and statutory holidays are not included when calculating processing or delivery times.

If available at checkout, select Express Shipping for faster delivery. Express shipments to PO Boxes are not available.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within North America.

We ship to Canadian PO Boxes using the applicable PO Box shipping service.

We do not ship to freight forwarders, warehouses, distribution centres, airports, hotels, or other addresses that are not the address of the final customer.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

Taxes are calculated according to the tax rules of the province or territory where the order is delivered.

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to additional import duties or tariffs because they ship from within Canada.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed once an order has shipped.

If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may redirect the package to a local depot or pickup location. We recommend tracking your shipment to ensure it is received successfully.
