Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

All AS-IS items and all discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be returned with the packing slip and all original manuals, cables, accessories, peripherals, and other included components.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Include photos of the item, the package contents, and the exterior shipping box so we can review the issue.

Minor damage to product packaging that does not affect the item itself is not considered damage for return or exchange purposes.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll assist with your return request.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must remain sealed and unopened, with all original packaging and included contents.

Return Processing

Please allow up to 20 business days for a return to be processed after it has been delivered to our returns department.
